You will design and implement solution architectures for complex n-tiered enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions for complex integration scenarios involving multi-platform, SaaS, and PaaS technologies.
• Apply Information Architecture principles to manage data integration, data quality, and data management.
• Lead requirements gathering and process re-engineering efforts to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Manage middleware and oversee enterprise content management and portal self-serve capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms for diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical IT roles within complex enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience developing solution architectures on n-tiered platforms.
• 3+ years of experience architecting solutions for complex integrations (SaaS, PaaS, and competing technologies).
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM and related platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Architecture (NSG, Firewall, Monitoring, Subscriptions, Key Vault, and Security Controls).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
• Experience with Low Code platforms associated with CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise Content Management platforms and portal technology.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in at least one enterprise ETL tool.
