You will design and govern efficient, scalable architectures within the Telecom OSS/BSS domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model and document new architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Analyze existing architectures and propose improvements, collaborating with specialized architects.
• Identify opportunities for technology enhancements across the stack.
• Ensure alignment between business and technology strategies by working with departmental leads.
• Design solutions covering the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle including sales, billing, and provisioning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architecture capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS domain integration.
• Proficiency with distributed systems and Microservices design patterns.
• Expert knowledge of AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kafka, ECS, EC2.
• Familiarity with TOGAF enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong understanding of core BSS functions: order fulfillment, billing, payment, and network provisioning.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma).
• Knowledge of PCRF, discount, quotation, refund, and charging mechanisms.
