Description

Design and architect large-scale OSS/BSS solutions for new product launches, network upgrades, and marketing initiatives across Wireless and Wireline sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop reference architectures and high-level designs (L3) including detailed sequence diagrams aligned with NorthStar Architecture.
• Partner with Business Product Owners, Development, and IT Security teams to review and finalize design artifacts.
• Support the Agile lifecycle from requirements grooming and analysis to defining architecture that meets customer experience goals.
• Evaluate and recommend frameworks for data-centric security architecture to ensure compliance with FCC and state privacy laws.
• Research telecom technologies and vendors to drive systems modernization and technology strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Deep expertise in OSS/BSS application layer architecture.
• Experience designing solutions for service pricing, promotions, and partner onboarding.
• Proven ability to create high-level designs (L3) and sequence diagrams.
• Experience working within Agile development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of data classification, consolidation, and secure data practices.
• Ability to architect for scalability, performance, and security in large-scale environments.
