Define and drive enterprise solution architecture, aligning business requirements with technology strategy and organizational objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions leveraging AWS, Java/Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, middleware, and cloud-native technologies.
• Lead system integration and process orchestration initiatives, including workflow design, API management, and cross-platform connectivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to translate complex business needs into effective technical architecture and delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including architecture reviews, solution governance, risk management, and implementation support.
• Drive DevOps adoption, secure coding practices, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, API Management, DevOps, system integration, process orchestration, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven experience designing scalable multi-tier solutions and supporting banking or large enterprise technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.
