Description

Bridge industry-specific requirements and software functionality to implement and improve supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, formulate, and map business and project requirements to existing industry solution functionalities.
• Gather and derive new requirements to drive continuous improvement and new functionality development.
• Validate new features with stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support the implementation phase from start to finish by providing industry solution expertise to project teams.
• Provide ongoing solution knowledge during and after customer implementation tracks.

Required Skills

• University degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong programming skills, specifically macro coding similar to VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a multinational, customer-driven environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of versioning systems.
