Description

You will support the implementation and launch of an enterprise grocery platform by executing technical tasks and coordinating between engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-house scripts, automation processes, and dashboards to support rapid, high-quality delivery.
• Operate tooling that integrates client systems with remote third-party providers and APIs.
• Analyze retailer data using data files and reports to assist with backend imports and large-scale project support.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Engineers to organize and execute key components of project launches.
• Liaise with product and engineering teams to understand and deploy core platform components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Experience working with CRM and customer data systems.
• Ability to work with SQL for data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience with documentation and technical reporting.
• Ability to manage data files and perform detailed analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise grocery platforms or similar large-scale retail systems.
• Background in backend import processes and data migration.
