• 12+ years of IT experience within the insurance or financial domains.
• 10+ years of expertise in software systems architecture.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns.
• Experience designing for security and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
