Responsibilities

• Evaluate current technology landscapes and create modernization roadmaps.
• Mentor teams on cloud-native principles, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Operationalize AI tools like GitHub Copilot across development workflows.
• Drive Azure engineering tasks, including scaling, IAM, and Infrastructure-as-Code implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Core Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience managing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Practical experience integrating AI development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to build self-sufficient systems with necessary resilience patterns.
