Description

Design and implement technical solutions across network, compute, storage, database, and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Design solution integrations and detailed technical architectures based on customer requirements.
• Analyze application architecture and transaction workflows to identify critical metrics and monitoring touchpoints.
• Manage the planning and execution of platform implementations at customer sites.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify bugs, solution gaps, and requirements for new features.
• Provide data analytics and business recommendations based on application performance insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Observability, or APM.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Experience with Big Data technologies.
• Experience with the ELK Stack.
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
