Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments, automating workflows and consulting with clients on technical matters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable SaaS solutions by collaborating with product, DevOps, and customer success teams.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines incorporating security and compliance checks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Solution Engineering, or Cloud Support.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or DigitalOcean cloud environments.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Lua.
• Strong understanding of network and application security concepts.
• Experience handling technical migrations and client onboarding.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
