Description

Design and present technical payment solutions for new clients while managing end-to-end technical implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical implementation projects, managing timelines, requirements, and integrations across global teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and guide clients through complex integration processes.
• Deliver technical solutions that ensure client satisfaction and drive operational efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and streamline technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in solution or implementation engineering, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of online payments, APIs, SDKs, EMV, eWallets, POS systems, and web technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Consultative, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM/ticketing tools.
