Drive technical success for enterprise accounts across the APJ region by leading pre-sales engagements, executing proofs of concept, and delivering complex product demonstrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and articulate tailored solutions.
• Execute Proof-of-Concept implementations and manage strategic pilots for enterprise clients.
• Build and deliver complex product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Professional Services, and Partners to plan for deal success.
• Develop demo assets and reusable presentations to support the engineering and sales community.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
• Native and business fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations, or messaging APIs.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency in backend coding: Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript and React.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on backend development experience.
• Technical experience with WebRTC, Contact Centre, or SIP.
