Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise SaaS and packaged application engineering initiatives across multiple business platforms.
• Own governance, release readiness, and operational controls for enterprise application changes and enhancements.
• Drive configuration and implementation activities across Salesforce, SAP, CRM platforms, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Coordinate vendor-supported customizations, workflow enhancements, and platform integration activities.
• Ensure release delivery is planned, tracked, tested, and executed successfully across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions.
• Manage change implementation processes, deployment planning, and cross-functional coordination activities.
• Support governance, compliance, and operational standards across enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and platform performance to ensure successful execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise application delivery, configuration management, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience working with enterprise SaaS and packaged application platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, SAP, CRM systems, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Good understanding of configuration, implementation, and enterprise application governance processes.
• Experience managing vendor-supported customization and release management activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow enhancements, operational controls, and deployment coordination.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and enterprise application lifecycle management practices.
• Experience in delivery management and stakeholder coordination across large enterprise programs.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments.
