Description

Lead enterprise SaaS and packaged application engineering initiatives, owning governance, release readiness, and operational controls for platform changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive configuration and implementation activities across Salesforce, SAP, CRM platforms, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Coordinate vendor-supported customizations, workflow enhancements, and platform integration activities.
• Ensure release delivery is planned, tracked, tested, and executed successfully across enterprise environments.
• Manage change implementation processes, deployment planning, and cross-functional coordination with business, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and platform performance to ensure successful execution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in delivery management and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, SAP, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing vendor-supported customization and release management activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow enhancements, operational controls, and deployment coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
