Description

You will lead the design and implementation of cloud-native web applications and data engineering pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native web applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and manage data engineering workflows using Apache Airflow and Spark.
• Architect RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes within CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement secure systems compliant with SEC regulations and financial services frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the FastAPI web framework.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in SQL and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Spark for data engineering.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Practical knowledge of security best practices for handling PII and financial data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing systems compliant with SEC or financial regulatory frameworks.
