Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are met.
• Lead the elicitation and documentation of system requirements and solutions into actionable work products.
• Collaborate with developers, leadership, and architects to realize strategic technical visions.
• Oversee technical scoping and design from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.
• Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team.
• Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong JAVA programming experience.
• Advanced understanding of system architecture and software development concepts.
• Proficiency with modeling techniques such as UML and use case development.
• Experience with one or more software development frameworks.
• Practical application of Agile concepts including Scrum or SAFe.
• Ability to lead efforts on complex customer requests and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile and SDLC project teams.
• Background in presales and business requirements gathering.
• Analytical skills to verify requirements for completeness, feasibility, and consistency.
