Description

Lead technical and business strategy for large-scale consumer-facing websites and mobile applications.

You will create and review technical architecture to optimize cost, performance, and scalability. Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure adherence to schedule, effort, cost, and quality. Develop project plans accounting for all variables, risks, and dependencies. Mentor Tech Leads and Technical PMs while managing offshore teams as a primary problem solver.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading teams from both technical and business perspectives.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices.
• Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems.
• Experience with JavaScript-based UI frameworks, specifically React and Angular.
• Strong background in application scalability and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with search engines.
• Proven ability in risk mitigation and dependency resolution.
• Experience managing native devices.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE degree.
• 3 years minimum tenure in previous roles.
