Description

Manage client projects and drive the execution of strategic business solutions within integrated eligibility healthcare systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans and manage roadmapping, planning, and execution.
• Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and training to improve productivity.
• Identify and report potential risks proactively, formulating strategies to minimize impact and meet deadlines.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with clients to ensure execution aligns with their roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project roadmapping, planning, and project execution.
• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Eligibility Healthcare Systems.
• Experience with claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, and health analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel 10% on average and co-locate in a designated delivery location up to 30% of the time.
• Must live within a 100-mile radius of a delivery location including Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; or Philadelphia, PA.
