Description

You will own the end-to-end success of projects by aligning product vision with customer expectations and technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, including vision, strategy, and release plans.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define use cases and project scope.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, epics, and user stories within Jira.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog while guiding the team through feature implementation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and modeling.
• Proficiency with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite and cloud service providers.
• Strong facilitation skills using tools like Miro, Lucid, or Visio.
• BA in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Strong thought leadership and ability to turn data into actionable information.
• Experience managing requirement changes and obtaining timely stakeholder approvals under pressure.
