Description
Lead technical direction and mentor engineering teams in adopting modern software delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of TDD, stateless design, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions ranging from custom code on IaaS/PaaS to SaaS integrations.
- Interface with and influence business lines and IT stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers on architectural principles and modern design patterns.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience engineering full-stack solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, AngularJS, and node.js.
- Experience with SQL, Mongo, and Postgres databases.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on work with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with RedHat Fuse, jBPM, or Drools.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket), Git, Jenkins, and Cucumber.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Advanced studies or an advanced degree.
