Description

Lead technical direction and mentor engineering teams in adopting modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of TDD, stateless design, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions ranging from custom code on IaaS/PaaS to SaaS integrations.
• Interface with and influence business lines and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers on architectural principles and modern design patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience engineering full-stack solutions.
• Proficiency in Java, AngularJS, and node.js.
• Experience with SQL, Mongo, and Postgres databases.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on work with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RedHat Fuse, jBPM, or Drools.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket), Git, Jenkins, and Cucumber.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced studies or an advanced degree.
