Own API support, integration troubleshooting, and data analysis for healthcare SaaS products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues involving APIs, SOAP, REST, and OAuth/OpenID.
• Analyze data trends to identify impacts on functionality, availability, and infrastructure performance.
• Document user problems per SOP to drive defect investigation and prevent re-occurrence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage escalations, communicate root causes, and resolve cases.
• Maintain product expertise and assist in upskilling support peers on new features and tools.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of SaaS support experience with strong data analysis aptitude.
• Hands-on experience with API Support, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, and REST.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and RDBMS (SQL Server preferred).
• Knowledge of HL7 and XML standards.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools for product management practices.
• Familiarity with AppDynamics, Rhapsody Integration Engine, or performance monitoring tools like New Relic/DataDog.
