Design and deliver service solutions by aligning business needs with IT systems, security standards, and reference architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute design thinking sessions, client interviews, and user journey mapping to define solution scope.
• Develop strategies for iterative prototypes and proof of concept implementation with stakeholders.
• Compose Statements of Work and detailed deliverables specifying processes, technology, security, and staffing.
• Create designs that conform to reference architecture and meet security compliance requirements.
• Propose technology recommendations synchronized with business needs and existing IT systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information systems, system integration, and project delivery.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including process mining and customer journey mapping.
• Proficiency with project and issue tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Strong experience in preparing proposals and estimates for IT system design and implementation.
• Ability to implement prototypes and test software programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and systems.
• Ability to work under limited supervision to meet deadlines and clear blockers.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and technical professionals.
• Proven ability to manage complex projectized issues in decentralized environments.
