Description

You will architect and lead the structure of enterprise intake and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized intake portal for Network Automation and Service Enablement requests.
• Architect parent–child / portfolio-to-delivery project relationships across multiple Jira projects.
• Standardize intake, triage, prioritization, and execution workflows across engineering teams.
• Define and implement governance models for intake lifecycle management.
• Build VP and executive dashboards providing visibility into intake volume, delivery progress, and capacity vs demand.

Required Skills

• Deep hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud (Software & Service Management).
• Proven experience implementing Advanced Roadmaps / Jira Roadmaps for portfolio planning.
• Strong experience building executive-level dashboards and reports communicating business outcomes.
• Advanced experience with Atlassian Automation (rules, triggers, conditions).
• Experience building or extending Jira functionality using Atlassian Forge.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations (multi-org, multi-team).
• Strong understanding of Agile and enterprise delivery models.
• 8–12+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise Jira solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI/ML or Platform Engineering teams.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI integrated with Jira.
