Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations for the banking and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design secure integrations using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and certificate-based handshakes.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle, enforcing CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards.
• Review Apex and LWC code to ensure technical excellence and maintainability.
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features as part of the release cycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of dedicated Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Proven implementation history in the Banking or Insurance domains.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Omni Studio, Omni Scripts, Screen Flows, and Flex Cards.
• Strong integration skills covering SSO, Connected Apps, and OAuth 2.0.
• Mandatory Service Cloud and Sales Cloud certifications.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and deployment lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services Cloud certification.
