You will own the end-to-end solution architecture for AI-enabled healthcare products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical requirements into technical architectures by collaborating with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and developers.
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant system architectures integrating AI, cloud infrastructure, and healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
• Define data integration, interoperability, and migration strategies with existing healthcare IT systems.
• Oversee interface designs, API specifications, and data pipelines connecting AI models with user applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges while balancing short-term delivery and long-term scalability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions, preferably in healthcare.
• Expertise with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data protocols and integration including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience building robust system architectures.
• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Conversational AI based products.
• Industry certifications such as AWS/GCP/Azure Solutions Architect or TOGAF.
