Description

Design and implement cloud infrastructure and contact center modernization solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secured cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and associated AWS services.
• Build microservices architectures addressing cloud security, compliance, and deployment automation.
• Implement highly available, multi-region architectures including load balancing, HA/DR, and data recovery planning.
• Lead application migrations and optimizations using high-availability design patterns.
• Create technical collateral for client workshops, pricing propositions, and customer interactive sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise with AWS services including Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, and Amazon Connect.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and ECS/EKS.
• Proficiency in ReactJS for building solution components.
• Hands-on experience with serverless application design using S3, SNS, SQS, and Route 53.
• Knowledge of cloud security implementation using GuardDuty, WAF, Inspector, and CloudTrail.
• Experience with database management using RDS and AuroraDB.
• Ability to design and implement VPC, subnetting, and networking architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application assessment and target state definition for cloud transformations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
