Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage target architecture, policies, and standards for ServiceNow implementations across multiple projects.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies to define roadmaps and drive continuous improvement of technical capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams on configuration, scripting, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and stakeholder needs.
• Assess risks, propose alternative options, and ensure solution feasibility and quality for complex projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer, including 5 years in a dedicated role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS) and web technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services).
• Experience architecting solutions within cloud environments, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technical components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• TA/CMA, ITIL Foundation, Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, CSM, or ITOM Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity practices and programs.
