You will design and oversee technical implementations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions using deep ServiceNow product knowledge.
• Lead technical presentations and manage requirements for diverse stakeholders.
• Execute technical requirements leveraging software development background.
• Direct multiple concurrent campaigns and projects under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Mandatory deep experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
• Proven experience working as a developer.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
