Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs prioritizing security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions.
• Develop effort estimates for application delivery and report progress to project managers.
• Identify and manage technical risks, specifically focusing on security and scalability.
• Document solution designs, cost-effectiveness, and optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or technical solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory and architectural requirements.
• Experience conducting technology selection and vendor engagement.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility regulations and usability testing.
• Understanding of advanced data migration techniques.
• Skill in communicating technical designs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and resource allocation modeling.
