Description

You will design and deliver digital solutions for Laboratory Diagnostics and Point of Care use cases, focusing on analytics and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digitalization solutions with a focus on analytics and automation.
• Perform requirement engineering for solution enhancements within an Agile-Scrum framework.
• Coordinate solution implementation, testing, and functionality deployment.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for assigned use cases across the IT landscape.
• Provide IT consulting for solution design and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing digitalization solutions, including analytics and automation.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP and core business applications: Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, PowerPlatform, Snaplogic, APIM, and AI.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions design and requirements engineering within enterprise architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with analytics architecture from data source to visualization.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile-Scrum frameworks and Azure DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerBI, Qlik Sense, PowerApps, UI Path, or Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in IT Business Partner Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with a Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of SHS IT strategy and industry standards.
