Good to Have Skills: Experience with Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios CAD, digital thread, digital twin, model-based enterprise concepts, Agile delivery models, JIRA, Azure DevOps, large-scale PLM transformation programs within CPG/Retail industries, multicultural environment management across different time zones.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.
• Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state of PLM systems.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities for PLM transformation.
• Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models for PLM systems.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements for future PLM solutions.
• Manage and maintain a structured backlog of business requirements, ensuring traceability through implementation phases.
• Support test planning, user acceptance testing, and validation activities for future state processes and systems.
• Lead project teams in the execution of PLM transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the key business liaison between functional teams and IT/solution delivery teams throughout the project.
• Support organizational change management efforts through documentation, communication, and training support for new systems.

Experience Required: Minimum of 16+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management. Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and CAD systems. Strong background in business process analysis and system integration within the product development lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline
