Description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of the Dealer Engagement Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery to meet identified business needs.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance and integration testing.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for End-to-End TDP processes.
• Identify and propose features to fit the TDP product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of solutions experience, including creating or managing internal or client portals.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong understanding of Extranets and Portals.
• Expert level in writing user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies and processes.
• Strong understanding of large datasets and relational databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder interests and conflicting priorities.
