Good to Have Skills: Front-end development with React and JavaScript frameworks, native app development for iOS and Android, back-end microservice architecture knowledge, server-side API integration, proficiency in Github, PyTorch, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, GoogleADK, CrewAI, basic knowledge of GPU selections and model inference acceleration frameworks like vLLM and sglang, experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent setup.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and identify client pain points for business solutions.
• Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation delivery.
• Conduct demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture design workshops and POC delivery activities.
• Act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams to shape product roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Build applications and workflows using LLMs, Multi-modal technologies and prompt optimization techniques.
• Work with fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment while maintaining high performance standards.

Experience Required: At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in customer facing role as solution architect, pre-sales solution engineering or post-sales technical account management. Experience working with Sales/Account executives. Industry verticals experience in Social, Media & Entertainment, DNBs, FinTech sectors.

Education: Engineering Bachelor degree and above
