Good to Have Skills: Front-end development with React and JavaScript frameworks, native app development for iOS and Android, back-end microservice architecture knowledge, server-side API integration, proficiency in Github, PyTorch, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, GoogleADK, CrewAI, public cloud and AI infrastructure knowledge including GPU selections and model inference acceleration frameworks like vLLM and sglang.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, and architecture design workshops.
• Act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge to support client engagement and business development activities.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with Account Executives.
• Build applications and workflows using LLMs, Multi-modal technologies, and prompt optimization techniques.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions including RAG systems, vector databases, and multi-agent setups.

Experience Required: At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in customer facing roles as solution architect, pre-sales solution engineering or post-sales technical account management. Experience working with Sales and Account executives in industry verticals like Social, Media & Entertainment, DNBs, and FinTech.

Education: Engineering Bachelor degree and above
