Description

Provide technical expertise for the deployment, configuration, and customization of IBM Resilient (SOAR) and QRadar environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom API integrations for IBM Resilient SOAR.
• Create playbooks and workflows for phishing response, CheckPoint firewall ruleset integration, and vulnerability management.
• Execute QRadar deployment, expansion, and custom rule tuning.
• Produce environmental diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of IBM Security products, specifically QRadar SIEM and Resilient SOAR.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Python scripting for automation and integration.
• Advanced Query Language (AQL).
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Linux operating system experience.
• Working knowledge of CheckPoint Firewall and IPS.
• Experience operating within complex network environments.
