Description

Design and lead large-scale distributed solutions across the full enterprise stack, from concept to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution leadership for strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability from design through implementation.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP with a focus on security, automation, and integration.
• Develop prototypes and POCs using modern tech stacks, including Agentic AI and Robotics Process Automation.
• Integrate modern applications with legacy infrastructure using streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of DevSecOps, DataOps, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of design and development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on cloud implementation experience.
• SME-level expertise in at least one public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Deep understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficiency in Agentic AI, application architecture, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on coding skills and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with XP, Agile, DevSecOps, and DataOps.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML and Robotics Process Automation for business problem solving.
• IT operations knowledge and automation expertise.
