Description

You will own the technical strategy and implementation of Gainsight solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Gainsight solutions aligned with client-specific goals and best practices.
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to document client business needs.
• Serve as a technical strategist to drive adoption and expansion for existing Gainsight clients.
• Deliver enablement sessions to empower Gainsight Admins and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in databases and data integration tools.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously (5–10 engagements).
• Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Scripting experience in Python or Node.js to support custom solutions and automation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for technical and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Gainsight CS and/or Customer Success Operations (CS Ops).
• Experience in a post-onboarding or ongoing account management role.
