Description

You will design and implement application architectures within the IFS ERP ecosystem, owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to develop application designs covering UI, workflows, business process management, and reporting.
• Map customer requirements to IFS functionalities to create implementation and customization plans.
• Own functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, providing end-user training, support, and business process improvement consulting.
• Document requirements and translate them into system specifications using mature methods and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with IFS ERP.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with IFS APPS 9 or APPS 10.
• Proven track record of completing at least 2 end-to-end IFS implementations.
• Expertise in at least two IFS modules: Finance, Project Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, or Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in both German and English (fluent German is mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to act as both a project team member and a project leader.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a project leader for complex ERP rollouts.
