Description

Lead ServiceNow implementations and design technical architectures for complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead large engineering teams, managing process estimation, task control, and technical mentorship.
• Produce technical scoping outputs such as Statements of Work and Solution Designs.
• Manage the configuration management database (CMDB) architecture, including attribute tracking and source consolidation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Proven track record of leading at least 20 successful Phase-1 and Phase-2 deployments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Workflow, SLAs, and Performance Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CMDB architecture.
• Technical proficiency in integrations using JSON, XML, RESTful, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, MID server, and Import Sets/Transform Maps.
• Strong background in Service Portal implementation and Domain Separation.
• Must hold at least one certification: CIS-ITSM, CIS-EM, or CIS-DIS.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to obtain ITIL Foundations or ServiceNow Administrator certifications within 90 days.
