Description

You will act as a technical thought partner for strategic enterprise customers, designing and building conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural blueprints for client installations, including deployment models, hardware sizing, and security framework integration.
• Develop detailed design documents outlining specific use case configurations.
• Provide technical guidance to customers to maximize business impact from chat and voice bots.
• Support Engagement Managers as a technical resource during pre-sales processes.
• Codify best practices and publish technical assets to internal and external repositories.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience in a SaaS product or services company.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, jQuery, and WebSockets.
• Experience building or delivering chat and voice bot solutions.
• Practical knowledge of ASR/TTS Engines (such as Google, Azure, or Nuance).
• Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Contact Center implementations involving Genesys, AudioCodes, Avaya, or Cisco.
• Bachelor's degree required.
