Description

Define solution architecture, target state roadmaps, and reference designs for portfolio products while leading architectural transformations and GenAI/ML adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define High Level Solution Intent, target state architectures, and roadmaps by collaborating with Business Architects, CPOs, and POs to ensure alignment.
• Own detailed solution intent, product architecture, and design patterns across information, application, technology, security, and deployment viewpoints.
• Develop the Architectural Runway for new business features, identifying solution alternatives and new technologies to improve performance and cost effectiveness.
• Leverage Generative AI and AI/ML capabilities within Enterprise Governance to enhance business capabilities and build reference implementations for reusability.
• Partner with development leads on design reviews, resolve implementation issues, and participate in incident resolution and post-deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development.
• Deep knowledge of Solution Architecture patterns including micro-front ends, microservices, and 12-factor applications.
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures.
• Proven track record of leading architects through organizational transformations.
• Strong background in Java Development and prior software development experience.
• Experience collaborating with Business Architects, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
• Ability to drive product research, RFP vendor interviews, and POCs for COTS solutions.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture.
• Experience in Generative AI with a demonstrable record of applying AI/ML to solve business problems.
