Description

You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, including workflows, integrations, and data structures.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with third-party business systems and applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to developers and administrators during implementation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• CIS certifications for specific product lines.
