Description

Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions in New York.

Responsibilities

• Architect system infrastructure, data integration, and complex migrations.
• Develop and test customized code for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Identify design risks in reporting, infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Build project budget estimates and execute plans to meet financial targets.
• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with enterprise architects on design execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in analysis, design, and implementation of large-scale CRM projects.
• Proven experience with complex CRM solutions, web services, and PowerPlatform.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, SQL queries, and ETL tools (SSIS, Scribe).
• 5+ years interfacing with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency in FetchXML, JavaScript frameworks, C#/ASP.NET, and web services.
• Experience with Visual Studio (TFS, SSRS), Marketing Automation Platforms, and Business Intelligence.
