Project Architecture: Define project scopes, deliverables, and work breakdown structures to develop formal project charters and robust implementation plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead comprehensive architecture reviews with internal stakeholders and external vendors to interpret complex technical plans, specifications, and system diagrams.
Solution Validation: Ensure all proposed technical solutions align seamlessly with business requirements, organizational constraints, and long-term strategic objectives.
Vendor & RFP Management: Manage the evaluation of vendor products and lead technical participation in RFP and competitive assessment processes.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Research and document applicable regulatory standards while identifying and mitigating critical risks between business needs and technical feasibility.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop comprehensive test plans and provide high-level troubleshooting for technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation: Maintain and dynamically adjust technical project documentation as project requirements and environments evolve.
Required Background
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in systems architecture, technical project management, or technical analysis within commercial or financial institutions.
Certifications: CAPM or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
Vendor Assessment: Proven track record of conducting vendor assessments and actively contributing to RFP processes.
Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to interpret, understand, and map complex technical architecture diagrams and specifications
