You will architect and implement complex conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall structure of the chatbot solution, defining features, user flow, and API integration.
• Implement and tune Natural Language Processing techniques to enhance chatbot understanding and response accuracy.
• Train, deploy AI models, and monitor chatbot performance using custom dashboards.
• Design conversational flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Analyze interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for performance improvement.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience developing AI chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience integrating chatbots with various services and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure services, specifically Azure Bot Service and Azure AI Search.
• Minimum five years of hands-on IT design and implementation experience.
• Experience leading the creation of technology solutions impacting critical business areas.
• Ability to develop and present technical chatbot proposals to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs and web service interaction development.
• Strong consultative skills for cross-functional discussions.
