Description

You will architect and implement complex conversational AI solutions, owning the design, development, and optimization of chatbot systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall structure of chatbot solutions, defining features, user flows, and API integration points.
• Implement and tune Natural Language Processing techniques to enhance understanding and response accuracy.
• Train, deploy AI models, and monitor performance using custom dashboards.
• Analyze interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on IT design and implementation experience.
• Developing AI chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience integrating chatbots with various services and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure services, specifically Azure Bot Service and Azure AI Search.
• Knowledge of APIs and web service interaction development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading the creation of technology solutions impacting critical business areas.
• Ability to develop and present technical proposals to stakeholders.
