Description

Lead the technical definition, development, and execution of custom integrations, mobile apps, and desktop applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design solution proposals and technical documentation for Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Own technical requirements and manage ideas through product, R&D, and QA lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain technical relationships with Tier 1 enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to produce mock-ups and execute strategic account plans.
• Enable partners to develop and deploy solutions by providing technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT system architecture, design, development, and deployment.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, high-transaction volume, and high-availability integration projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, .NET, Java, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile development including iOS and Android application frameworks.
• Ability to integrate web technologies with external systems via APIs (e.g., IBM, SAP, Genesys).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience managing technical projects for enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CCaaS, voice, and GenAI.
