Translate legal and business requirements into scalable SQL Server data solutions and processing strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate settlement agreements, legal documents, and client discussions into technical data solutions.
• Design and implement scalable SQL Server solutions and data processing strategies for large datasets.
• Develop, test, and optimize T-SQL code for performance and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to validate data quality and completeness.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and collaborate with project managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• 5+ years leading the development of technical solutions.
• Advanced T-SQL development and performance tuning experience.
• Proven ability to analyze and process large, complex datasets.
• Strong capability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Client-facing communication skills with a focus on clarity.
• Practical problem-solving across technical and business constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in legal services, claims administration, or regulated industries.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data migration or analytics platforms.
