• This individual is highly hands-on, with strong working knowledge of Java and modern AI tools, and is comfortable moving between architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance.
• They can translate complex business needs into clear technical approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are both robust and aligned to business outcomes.
• The ideal candidate works effectively across organizations, building trusted relationships with technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
• They are collaborative, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.

• Strong working knowledge of Java and modern AI tools, Strong capabilities in moving between architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance
• Ability translates complex business needs into clear technical approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and partner closely with engineering teams
• Strong Proficiency in Java 17 or later, including Java concurrency, lambda expressions, and functional programming
• Good Experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and related technologies.
• Good proficiency in SQL and experience with major database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
