Description

You will align IT solutions with business strategies to ensure execution meets long-term objectives, architecture runway, and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish high-level solution intent, information models, and documentation requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions while exploring alternatives.
• Review end-to-end designs by delivery teams and provide accountable guidance.
• Provide reference implementations for new solutions, patterns, and technology products.
• Align technology approaches across Release Trains and foster collaboration between Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery or software development.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or solution IT architecture.
• Strong technical background in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience utilizing CA Agile Central, Rally, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to define strategic roadmaps and manage competing stakeholder needs.
• Experience building partnerships with senior-level executive sponsors.
• Strong critical thinking skills for solving complex problems.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Broad knowledge of current technology trends and design patterns.
